We’ve been hitting shots this half, but man Missouri is awful

They’re really bad. They have one player playing with some heart and the rest might as well hit the showers.

I thought Cuonzo would do something with that program and didn’t think the cupboard was that bare, but man alive

We went over 90 points.

Had only 34 at the half.

Hopefully that’s the jumpstart this teams needed. Looked miles better the second half. Ball movement was so much better. Shots fall and defense gets better too.

Yuuuuge

It’s pretty encouraging that Okeke is finding his groove on both ends of the floor. Is he likely to go pro?

Cuonzo isn't a very good coach. He underachieved at TN and Cal relative to the talent he had

Cooper leads for MP POTY

WANT. Badly. He's basically Harper with the addition of a perfect basketball IQ. Would have a chance to be our best player ever.

Adam Zagoria
@AdamZagoria
So far the assistants are taking the heat and facing jail time while all the relevant head coaches at Arizona, USC, Auburn and Oklahoma State go about their business as if nothing happened.

One of my personal hobbies is searching Bruce Pearl during sports scandals. lol. I unearthed this today. Dickie V pretty much agreed with this also.

His first “scandal” was hardly a scandal at all. A classic case of the NCAA’s inconsistency when judging who gets punished.

This past scandal was a legitimate concern but nothing has shown us that he knew

Tell that to Zagoria and Dickie gets no V.

I’m pretty sure Zagoria was the writer that kept ranking us lower than the rest last year as well.

Why Dickie V is considered anything but a tv personality is beyond me

He’s been calling games since ‘79. He is basically the Godfather of televised CBB.
Apparently wasn’t a bad coach at Univ of Detroit either.

According to Marcello, Pearl tells him Wiley is close but doubtful for the Bama game. But not ruling him out yet.
Marcello’s take is Bruce likes his players to go through at least one contact practice before coming back and hasn’t done so yet.

The way I read Pearl's latest comments on Wiley, is that he will not play Saturday, but probably next week.

He's just not fully ready to go, is how i read it.
