Doubt we will know anything until Saturday about 3:30. And we probably won't really know until then.

i rewatched the game and it looked like he tweaked his lower back when he landed. Rest a few days then back at it if i had to guess

Yeah, he came back in for one carry after the injury and picked up 10 yards, didn't look like it hurt him too bad but they didn't want to take a chance on it getting worse.

At least maybe we learned something from KJ in 2017

I didnt see it that way at all. Looked like he went in for that one run and instantly realized he could no go. Took himself out and knew his day was over.

I think that was a trial run and it did not go how everyone wanted it to go. Looked like a hip injury. Could just be a bruise but It could also be worse

That's what I saw too. When he got up he was grimacing, and kinda limped off. I think I saw him shake his head no once he got to the sidelines - like someone asked him if he was good and he was saying no.

I know he gained 10 yards but he looked nothing like his usual self on that run, fumbled too but got a lucky bounce. Couldn't speculate on his injury but given how these things usually play out I'll be surprised if he plays Saturday.

Tank will absolutely play and was just banged up, from sources I know close to his family.

Gus kept him out for precautionary reasons, he actually got put right in after the initial injury play.

Another SN too, is the team is very very focused for the task at hand. This family member also said there is a business like attitude on the plains, whatever that means, Im hoping good.

Sounds like Tank's uncle gave you his member and y'all got down to business.

Meanwhile, Gus says Tank (aswell as Hamm, Jackson) did not practice Sunday. No other update on specific injuries but did say he hopes they’ll all be back

Guess he didn't learn anything after all. Same old Gus. He'll take a good horse and ride him to death. Tank is a gamer. There's zero doubt that kid wants the ball and he wants to play. But as a HC you've got to be able to know your kids and when they can go or not

here is a business like attitude on the plains,

Oh lordy. Gus said this about our bowl game last year against Minnesota, and look where that got us...:)

I think it was his hip. UT thug threw him back, well after the whistle, and he landed directly on his hip.

Early on it was said to be lower back.

At the least, he has been on the table daily. Trouble is a buxom blonde is not doing the massages. It's a trainer named Bubba ...that's reason enough to get off the table and say "I'm OK!"

I suspect he's been on muscle relaxants and pain meds ......Carefully monitored.

He might enter with mild discomfort, until he runs over a DB during a fifteen yard scamper ....then he'll be fine.

Do we still have no word on this yet? Would’ve figured by now we might’ve had an idea what Tank’s status was for today. The lack of news makes me naturally pessimistic
