I let it go the first time (you said the exact same thing), but you clearly don't know what cognitive dissonance means. Maybe read up on it.

Sean needs, help, he needs support and he needs tough love. he has a major fight on his hands that he has to win....he does not need to be discarded, but he has to be separated from football right now

Honestly, if you get arrested for the same thing that you're currently suspended for, I'm kicking your arse off the team without hesitation

Some of you are acting like he was picked up on a heroin bender. The kid got arrested for walking home drunk. Auburn cops are notorious for arresting people walking home from the bars even though it's a much more responsible decision than getting behind the wheel.

Also, you are obviously an alter.

Sounds like he might need help.

Make him ride the bench all year, but make sure he gets help.

I don't believe this is nearly as bad as this board is portraying it to be. Hundreds of kids walk down that same street after a long night at sky bar. Yeah Sean drinks and smokes but to infer that it's a serious problem I can't say for certain

I walked home from downtown drunk a lot and have never been arrested. you can argue right time and place but I wasn't a football player either. The cops don't want to arrest someone that isn't being an a-hole, as much as people act like they do, they don't. Could he have been walking down the road minding his own business? Sure, but I would put my money on the other side of this story.

That's great for you, but I know plenty of people who have been harassed or arrested by cops while just walking home from the bars.

Yes, because things haven't changed since the 80's (presumably).

Saban knows how to handle this. The police would have called the Athletic department and internal discipline.

Can confirm. I lived off Glenn not too far from police station and I walked home countless times well beyond the legal limit...Even had bike cops pass me on the way many times too.

Disagree.

The AD attempting to handle things internally is the root of all of our problems.

I'm here now and I've seen it happen. Granted, I know quite a few of them were/are in fraternities and maybe it was bad timing, but it happened.
