Bo Nix is not terrible

Yeah he isn't terrible. He's just infuriatingly inconsistent.

If he plays like he did against Arkansas we can hang with just about anyone. If he plays like yesterday, we aren't beating anyone.

It's how he's been his whole career at Auburn.

Sounds like you also described your former head coach. Bo developed some really bad habits that seem tough to fix.

Bo does not handle adversity well in game. Panics under pressure. Gets emotional and starts pressing.

When he was yelling at his WRs you knew it was going to be bad. He just doesnt have a short memory that the really good Qbs possess. If he is in rhythm however, he is tough to beat...

O Line is definitely BETTER

Fact is 3 out of top 5 offensive graders were from the OL and even those were middle of the road grades. Auburn would be cooking with hot water if those were not top 5 grades. I’d like for those grades to eventually be lower 5.

He does a good job manufacturing pressure. He did so against Bama from multiple positions as well. He is impressive.

I wouldn’t have a problem with it if his level of play was still up.

Yelling at WR’s and bailing out at the second he sees a blitz. That Bo we cannot win with. (Obviously there was plenty of blame elsewhere to go around too)

I love the kid, but he throws short screen passes like he’s trying to throw a ball through a wooden door when he gets nervous. Zero touch.

Every dump off pass to our RB’s are bullets.

You can tell he loses it after a few drops. That Hudson drop was huge and Bo regressed after that. He’s not the best. He’s not the worst. He needs help from his receivers early in the game or he reverts. Hudson needs to be sent packing. We should run 4 TE sets every play.

Lol @ the Nix Suckers.

He is what he is. Playing 3 bad teams doesn’t change who he is.

Average at best.

Which of our receivers will make the two deep for Bama or Georgia. What about OL? He is average on a shitty team. We have no idea how high he can push that ceiling but it can go higher.

That’s the problem. We have average WR, Below Average OL, and Average DL.

Some of this on Gus, but that doesn’t mean Nix isn’t also average. We lost out on a lot of QB recruiting battles during his tenure.

Who was our average WR last Saturday? They along with Bo were below average too.

You don’t think his lack of support doesn’t bleed down to his own performance?

Nix wasn’t a consolation prize. He was a 5* to build a team around.

Man whose alter are you? Have to be one of the worse alters we have had here. I have never understood the alter thing. But you are not good at it.

Shut the frick up and take your arse to the UCF board. Stick to fishing and quit trolling this board with stupid hot takes. According to you Gus is our best coach ever and Bo is the best QB in Auburn history. GTFO!!!!!

Y’all are so fricking bipolar

After the Ole Miss game I said this:

quote:

I see the narrative is going to be he turned on a magical light switch.

Bo has always played well when we could run the ball and protect.

People like you wanted to shite on injured Bo for the Georgia Southern game when the OL couldn’t block and when the receivers couldn’t catch worth a flip.

Ole Mrs still doesn’t have a great defense and I expected Bo and the offense to put up points. I expected a shootout. Does that mean the offense turned the corner? No it doesn’t. Does Bo’s performance against Ole Miss mean he has it all figured out now? Nope. The ebbs and flow throughout it all are still trending positive though. And that does not change until Bo performs poorly while the teammates are lifting their play up. That’s when the QB is the problem.

I still stick with this. Y’all are hot and cold. Last week “Auburn football was great to watch again.” Now we wanna burn it all down again and trash the starting Auburn quarterback Calm your tits.
