this article seems pretty legit.
How would he play more football? His eligibility should have been out by then and why the hell is he still in school for 2 more years? That would give him 6 or 7 years in college.
Yet Auburn coaches kept giving him money anyway and he is charged with armed robbery. makes sense.
How about the fact that he was on drugs may have obstructed his ability to play at another level or the fact that he was hurt for about two seasons while at Auburn?
I loved Darvin on the Plains but let's face it, his 4.8ish 40 time did him no favors on the draft front and the fact that he is still about 6'3 and 180 pounds.

Over the past two years, McNeil has been attending school at Livingstone College, where he had sought to play football but Auburn obstructed the NCAA transfer process. “Auburn went out of its way to make sure he didn’t get on a football field,” says Clifton McNeil. “Why have they treated him with such harm? Why target him?”

I maybe wrong but I think he was joking. I will never know though because Auburn fans on here are very uptight and snobbish and from what I have seen (lurking for several years)they have a inferioty (sp?) complex. So good luck.

You just described Auburn fans...everywhere.

So how many failed threads on this subject were on the rant today?
I am sure the regulars like Plutonium, Govtide, hunter were all present and full of joy. As usual there is nothing to it I am gathering...

Yeah probably but the shite on here is unreal. I liked AE because you could discuss things in a normal manner at times in the beginning then it changed. Auburn fans on here seem more inclined to suck off the fans from other schools to be the cool kids so to speak. Frick that.

Too many to count and I'm pretty sure stores ran out of Jergens fairly quickly.

Same here, unfortunatly I feel the same way about Blake. Ppl see Blake catching all the passes at AU and think he's a stud, but in reality he doesn't have the size or speed to play significant time in the league. It's been a loooong time since we've had an NFL caliber WR.
