What? I’m no Hugh fan, but DK was the target once we realized he was open to flip from ND. We would have circled back if we missed on DK. Dude ended up at Colorado because no one wanted to pay his dad’s asking price.

Not true. Longstreet was the top QB on the board. Juju and KJ Lacey were about the same spot on the board. Hugh wasn’t willing to pay what their camps wanted. When Deuce was willing to listening he became the top priority after Longstreet solidified his commitment elsewhere. Obviously feelers were put out to others in the cycle in case everything went sideways.
I don’t know why you constantly talk about QB and backups. You never have a fricking clue what you are talking about and continue to lie in discussions about it to try to prove your point. I like you Jville but it’s old.
