I finally saw the IG video with RW and our players and the kid. We need to sign up the kid. RW has to be trolling big time if he is hanging out with AU players and entertaining commentary from a kid just before NSD. Seems very strange for someone fully committed to the gumps. So I have my fingers crossed that he will flip and give us some much needed momentum going into Spring.

If we keep analyzing the machinations of 18 year olds with IQs that are slightly above room temp we will need a group rate on therapy……

I agree. It is truly astonishing to me to see grown arse men swoon after these kids the way some do. It is really strange. These kids are treated like they are some type of God or something.

Nah I’m good. I’ll discuss it with him.
I am a little worried about Perry. I haven’t seen anything from Perry to indicate him wavering but you never know based on history.

The thing that amazes me is that they're acting like Bama wasn't going to try and make a late offer. Lol like this is some major negative recruiting development for us. This happens with EVERY major 5* recruit. These same guys will claim that we're waisting our time trying to get KJ bolden or Ryan Williams, but turn around and act like Bama stealing Perry is now a given. Lol So Bama will steal Perry, but we WONT take KJ? It's all based on the ghost of TJ yeldon and Brent Callaway man. Some of these dudes act like they never followed recruiting. This shite gets heated, get ready for a fight or go hide somewhere. Even getting in the position to keep Perry should show you that shite is different right??????

I mean you don’t factor that in at all? Do you think we weren’t offering cash back then? Nothing concrete has happened that tells us that kind of thing doesn’t happen anymore. Do I think it will? No. But I can’t say confidently it won’t.
Getting in this position with Perry is pretty much where we already were pre-Harsin. WTF are you talking about? Do y’all forget that we recruited pre-Harsin?

People forget that after we won a national championship Bama was negative recruiting with the narrative that the NCAA was going to drop the hammer on us ,Remember?? Also let's not forget that HALF the Malzhan era he was being destroyed by negative recruiting about being fired or the system not translating to the NFL. Most recruits that we lost to Bama where guys who liked us BEFORE they got a Bama offer. TJ Yeldon was a 4 star who blew up like Cam Coleman, then fell in love with Bammer just before the dead period. Perry was a prized 5* who decommited and Saban is having to scratch and claw to get back in it. Big difference.
