Are we seriously arguing about whether a Heisman finalist was a good college QB or not

In the recruiting thread

He has better WRs but better OLine????! Nick Brahms(bad leg), Alec Jackson, Hamm, Brandon council, troxell (ACL), and Manning? Not one of those guys got drafted or touched an active roster in the NFL. Conner Lew is a Future NFL guy, Wade is a NFL guard, Gunner Britton made all conference and will get drafted. Back to recruiting though lol

Beating bama in 19 is a bigger win than beating auburn in 97. Bo was also a freshman and Manning a senior. How did he do against Florida

Lol no it wasn’t even close. They didn’t have Tua and LSU had already housed them in Bryant Denny.

How could you compare an SEC championship to a backup QB game with no implications.

This isn't the thread to argue semantics and this will be my last post on the topic but Mac Jones was a pretty darn good college QB with probably the best set of receivers ever assembled on a college football field.

That LSU team was as good a college football team as there has ever been and they beat Bama 46-41. The game had plenty implications for Bama as they would have been in the playoff with a win.

Ultimately, the point is Bo Nix was an outstanding college quarterback and to still be trying to argue otherwise is foolish.

Bo Nix had a shite Oline that had tank Bigsby ducking and dodging 5 yards in the back field for 3 seasons. In 2023 we had an offensive line that was one of the top units in yards before contact. Look it up yourself lol Cam Coleman, Perry Thompson, recruiting recruiting lololol

If we keep who we have and manage to snag KJ and Ryan on signing day, we gonna have a lot of very happy Auburn Tigers.

Bo’s first college game told me all I needed to know about him as a college QB.

I loved him.

Willie Fritz is at the magical age of 63 and went to Houston after Holgerson was fired.
