Lanning knows how to build a team to compete with any conference. He knows it all starts in the trenches and depth.
Oregon will compete in the Big 10 just fine. They have the money, and the facilities.
Didn't know Ward wasn't thinking portal, but you have to believe it's a no brainer since WSU has no league at the moment.

I’d be shocked if Cam Ward doesn’t enter the portal.
Clemente and Jay Tate are the only two beat writers I really trust with inside knowledge type stuff.

I think most of it depends on NIL cost for an upgrade for a portal QB. We have greater needs long term than a 1 year QB. Not saying that’s a good or bad thing.

Did anyone know Cam was a Cam at the time? No. But you can clearly see some much needed upgrades over Throne already in the portal.
