TJ Lindsey announcing top 5 Monday, kinda surprised he is doing a top 5, I had expected him to announce soon.

That seems to be protocol for a lot of the kids. I guess the recruiting sites request it in order to generate content for all the finalists.

Uncle Chad at On3 with a Franklin nugget

quote:

a little for Kamarion Franklin since the visit on Monday.

He’s locked in an OV to Auburn for early in the season and Auburn has made a pretty significant move in this race I’m told.

I’ve been hearing pretty consistently from my sources that he is likely to leave his state for 6+ months. It still trends that way, what looked like a Miami-Tennessee battle for that top spot now has Auburn up there.

Based on what I’m hearing, Auburn has become a bigger factor toward the top of his list after the visit.

I think Brother Hugh is going to win Franklin over in the end. Just a matter of time.

Bama fans are so consumed with Perry comments about Freeze getting WR’s into the NFL vs Saban. They have been discussing it over and over on their board, and now in a Hugh thread on the rant.

Freeze is going to cause them a lot of heartburn.

My body is ready.

Uga fans are close behind. I look forward to the wailing and gnashing of teeth by both fan bases.

This is the kind of recruiting I expected when we got Freeze. It feels a little surreal because it’s been since the Chizik era that we’ve had this level of recruiting momentum.

I mean, if you sign WR's that are constantly ranked in the top 50 nationally chances are good they will be drafted.

I need someone to make a gif that we post when talking recruiting. It's the Atlanta Braves the Freeze. Gif Hugh Freeze's head on the Freeze. Saban and Kirby on some sucker fans racing him.

The Senda recruitment makes so much sense in light of his presser and I wouldn’t be surprised if this is core part of the OL recruitment strategy. Getting 1st or 2nd year transfers who can be developed over 3-4 seasons who can’t transfer.

Senda might be different from the situation you're describing. He hasn't been on campus for a football season yet, and this transfer probably won't count with all the shite surrounding Northwestern right now.

But I am thrilled we got him

Agreed.

The OL strategy is to get the best guys we can get, however we can get it done

Big win for Thornton there. He knew this kid well and we had a spot for him
