FWIW Ron believes Pruitt's preference is to stay @ UGA & it's more likely than it was last week. Sources close to JP feel several options would have to fall through before JP would come to AU.

Can somebody fill me in with some information on Charles Kelly? I was all in on T Rob and don't know who I realistically want as DC now. I know that he was the DC at FSU last year and played under Dye as well? What other experience does he have? Can he help us keep some our current defensive recruits? How good of a DC is he?

I don't see the point in throwing money at someone right now.....lets just hire someone decent to do the job and get on with it. Unless a miracle occurs next year and Franklin is nick Marshall 2.0 Gus will be fired next year.

Agreed. He's been around, can recruit, same (give or take) system, give him a shot. Should have hired Manny Diaz last year, and I'm sick of hiring these home run hires that don't pan out.

Gus will not make another mistake with a bad QB. Worse case is Sean White, and healthy wins 8 games pretty easy. Or - u fire Gus guys championship or bust?

And who's to say we do that? Haven't won there since '06 and Kirby Woll have that D firing on full cylinders by December.

I don't disagree with that logic. Uga losses the last two years have been the worst. Should have won both and got out coached both times.
I still think you have to stay on the defense track and get more hands on for the offense. The coaches that stay around the longest either have better players or micro manage their side of the ball.

Before 2015, I thought we would win every game. We see how that worked out. It would be very Auburn if we won 10 games next year

He would still take Kris Frost to school in 2015. I hate to see Cass go. He was starting to thrive in that defense.
