Pretty excited about Corey Grant on KO. I would like to see Sammie back there. Ricardo is a bit too timid carrying the ball IMO. Not as bad as Bray though

I will give it a shot. This is my guess at who takes the field first for both units

QB - Jeremy Johnson
HB - Cameron Artis Payne (my bet is Payne gets first carry, no info to back just a guess)
HBack - Brandon Fulse
WR - Sammie Coates
WR - D'Haquille Williams
TE - CJ Uzomah
LT - Shone Coleman
LG - Chad Slade
C - Reese Dismukes
RG - Avery Young
RT - Patrick Miller

DE - Gabe Wright
DT - Angelo Blackson
DT - Ben Bradley
DE - Elijah Daniel (Owens has missed time with infection or would have him as starter)
MLB - Cassanova McKinzy
OLB - Kris Frost
Star - Justin Garrett
CB - Jonathan Jones
CB - Josh Holsey
SS - Derrick Moncrief (I think he retakes starter over Ford)
FS - Jermaine Whitehead

K/P - Daniel Carlson

KR - Corey Grant, Ricardo Louis
PR - Quan Bray

Thanks man. Your list made me feel better.

I disagree with the bolded part. Our pass rush will come from blitzing and it will be scary good. I think we are going the way of FSU from last year in that we put out a DL that is 285+ across. This massive front 4 at DL will allow the LBs and S/Star to blitz without being as concerned about the Run

This

Also the fact Jake Holland not starting at LB not make anyone feel better/count for something?

It really is addition by subtraction there. Holland was out there because he was basically the only LB that really knew the defense well enough to run it. Now that our top 2 guys in Frost and McKinzey are going into their second year in the defense, and are playing much more natural positions for each of them, they should be much improved.

That's what I don't get about all the people being critical about how we were some sort of miracle team last year and that won't carry over this year. How that's not a "sustainable" way to run a program. That's assuming everything stays equal to what it was in year 1, which is never the case in the second year. Your biggest improvements in any given system are almost always in year 2.

I mean, my God, we had Eguae starting games at DT at not quite 270 lbs. He was effective getting off blocks and squeezing through to get into the backfield at times, but other times, he got worked by big guards for huge holes. We have a legitimate DT rotation that I think can stack up with just about anyone in the country this year. And we've got a couple players like Wright, Lambert and maybe Adams that can play both DT and DE. That gives us some really nice flexibility for some different packages - the "rhino" package in particular.

We may not necessarily have the pass rush from the outside with the loss of Ford and without Lawson, but I think we get more overall pressure on the QB and we do a much better job of stuffing the run with our DT rotation and LB play. The secondary is still up in the air. I personally think it will be better, but I certainly don't see it being any worse. We haven't had truly DB play for a really long time, with the exception of a few guys, but I think we've got about as much talent in at the 4 DB spots right now than we may have ever had.

Makes a good point.

There were times last season we had Ken Carter Justin Delaine Eguea Holland Craig Sanders Swain and the two Ryans on the field.

We should be upgraded at everyone of those positions.

Painted the press box side. Undefeated seasons. Conference champions 1913, 1914. 1919 1932 plus the 8 SEC. only 2 NC acknowledged. Bucket of paint fixes that.

Also Bo, Pat and terry Painted next to the Pat Dye Field signs.

Made every FG up to 50 yards

KO through the end zone

NM takes first snap. A short pass. Then runs. CAP

Now JJ and CG

Nick INT to Kf

SW throw well

Duke is very good

He looked really good last week, and the O-Line is kinda playing poorly. Torry Holt said he has looked great and his upside was huge. Always makes the first guy miss...stuff like what we have seen the last 2-3 years

"rough"?

What is he doing? Not hitting the hole? Making the wrong cuts? Hesitating?

You miss the second part? He can't pick up a block to save his life which is important in the NFL

ETA he's starting to pick up yards now
