Recruiting. Nothing more. He seems to have also taught the RBs how to pick up a blitz and actually block the guy not just dive at his feet

If Harsin doesn’t retain Steele, the buyouts in this are pretty steep:
Malzahn - $21,000,000
Harsin - $8,400,000
Steele - $5,000,000
That’s almost $35,000,000 in buyouts.

The one knock on Harsin will be his lack of southeastern ties. But Malzahn wasn’t a known recruiter either. Auburn recruits itself to some extent and if you have position coaches that know the area you should be OK
