4-13, 0-2 from the line, multiple terrible 3s that weren't close. 1 assist that wasn't even from out of the post. Playing soft. He had a decent number of rebounds but very few were contested.

He was fine defensively but he's supposed to be, and has been all season, so much more than that.

Broome had a bad first two games. Anybody saying otherwise is just wrong. Hopefully he comes out fresh next week and carries us a few games.

Yeah, that Charles Barkley, who called out Broome after the game, he's a total Auburn hater, loser, and doesn't know basketball.

Broome played poorly and made poor shooting decisions, and we need him to show up the rest of the way to get to where we want to be. Broome looked almost tentative and scared going against Kalkbrenner on offense. Cardwell made it look even worse because of how awesome he played.

We played well overall and won so it's not a huge deal, but we need him to show up big-time going against Michigan's two 7 footers next week.

Love Charles but his basketball commentary is awful (albeit entertaining)

Broome scored 22 points in two games. He shot 9-22 from the field. He was 4-11 from the FT line.

Sorry, that's not very good. Thankfully other guys stepped up. We need Broome to get his mojo back if we want to make deep run.

This is one we should definitely win. Always a chance someone goes ballistic in March, but as a team we are much better.

Going into the game I was just hopeful he wouldn’t press offensively against a 4 time all defensive player. He didn’t, and he was great on the boards and very good defensively. Pretty simple. You’re not gonna get buckets against Kalkbrenner

Exactly what I said: "They've been meh all year and got hot lately." Hot teams in March can't be overlooked.

We should be fine, but we give up size inside and our best player has been lost lately. Not to mention CBM and Cardwell, who is our best defender, went out with injuries. So who knows how much they will be able to give us. If our guards play well, we are probably good.

Not to mention the bad 3 point shots and turnovers. Look, I love this team and love Broome but you cannot love everything about Auburn and the players 100% of the time. At least I can't. Broome did not play a good game tonight. It is what it is. Doesn't mean I am a "hater" or dislike Auburn.

Cardwell was just cramps and Chad is always fine. We should absolutely beat Michigan and frankly anyone else in our region. We ridin' to San Antonio.

Oh I’ve been very critical of Broome in some recent games. Feel free to check my post history. I was not upset with his play today at all

This is why it's better to rely on guards in the tournament, Broome has been gameplanned out for the most part and not looked great on offense for the most part. The other end of that formula is a game like Kalkbrenner had, fine on paper but very little in the way of impact.

There's really only a couple who love to show up when things don't go our way. I think we all know who they are. One already got called out itt.
