The truck is in addition to anything they are getting. It’s not like that is all they are getting. Pretty nice treat for some of the 85 that aren’t on the top of the nil lists.

Based on 85 players, thats 5.2mil. Corch and the donators need to work this weekend and up their contributions.

You have to think there is a dealer in town who is a huge fan or alum. Cutting them a break on 85 vehicles

It’s just lease payments so not that much.

If they transfer or lose their scholarship they lose the truck.

Right all leases but still a nice perk and the company that did it gets advertising from 85 trucks running around salt lake.

Wait so no more unofficial visit photo shoots professionally done by the university?

Sounds like a dumb rule they put in for the Tiger takeover or whatever it was called when we used to send out the entire staff in a stretch limo. But you can fly helicopters in on football fields during the high school practice to visit a player. The NCAA is so dumb

Sounds like most coaching staffs were happy with that one/ it was requested by the schools themselves. It had gotten out of control apparently

There’s a ton of unofficial visitors and those professional photo shoots apparently take forever and are exhausting, and were taking up a ton of staff time. So they’re only happening on officials now

They can still get dressed up and take photos from whatever the parents bring along with whatever coaches are around

There has to be better avenues to spend money than to do give money to pimple-faced HS athletes that think they are amazing, but just one of thousands that has walked the same path. Buy a rolex. Go buy tangible investments like land, or start farming. Help the 21 veterans that commit suicide everyday.

So much stupid money out there. Dont believe me?

What is the average monthly lease for a 61K truck? $600/month?

I know a lot of folks don’t like pro football, but the fans make college football. I believe pro football is a better game with better roster rules. Key players, especially QBS stay with teams, etc.

I love college ball, but hate the changes that have happened.

NFL is a different game. Better in some ways, worse in others. I like college ball because you are not pigeonholed into the same offense everyone else runs. There's very little interesting offensive scheming in the NFL. Less room for creativity or being different.

NFL is better at keeping rosters equal. Also in the NFL your season isn't over if you lose two games - you can make the playoffs at .500.

On the other hand, in the NFL teams stop playing if they know they are eliminated from playoff contention. They just put their 2nd string out there. There is no "playing for pride" in the NFL. (Although college ball is moving in that direction too).
