I know he has not proven himself on D alone at top college level but what I can tell you is that for the 8 years he coached in high school his defenses where some of the best at defending tempo and spread offenses. Also if he comes here those stupid, undisciplined arse 15 yard penalties our D got this year will come to a stop. He does not put up with that shite.

I posted in that thread... I don't like how all of the Auburn writers have pretty much made this situation Muschamp or bust, pumping it up early on and the only other candidates they believe we are targeting are far from home runs.

Supposedly Houston could be a problem in regards to muschamp according to JGT. He said that people didn't think he would be interested originally

So, I'm just gonna throw this out there, but I've got a good friend who works for a company that just bought some advertising with one of our paysites and were told, off the record of course, that Muschamp is a done deal to AU and will be announced by Sunday. Take it fwiw. I'll still believe it when I see it.

Yea, there is just so much that is pointing to Muschamp coming to AU. If he doesn't, there will be a major reason why.
