So you want to bring the POS that was responsible for a lot of the Cam shite? Sell your soul. You may have too much bama in you.

There are good coaches out there who didn't do their best to run Auburn's name through the mud. frick Meyer today, tomorrow, and forever.

I’m against Urban. For 1 he is a quitter. 2, I don’t like the ballers system that he had that allowed leniency and special breaks for his pets. 1 and 2 should go against amateur football principle.Three, he is a douche. 4. The scandals and all that headache follows him everywhere he goes. 5. Cam rumors.

People and other fan bases were saying very similar things about Bruce. His players would run through a wall for him.

You could always, I don’t know, not watch or go to the games if you feel so inclined. I for one would enjoy winning away from JHS against teams that have a pulse.

there also a single active coach with anywhere near Meyer's resume and unfortunately he's about 3 hours down 85/82

Mario Cristobal would be number one of two on the list of coaches that Alabama would not want to see at Auburn.

Bruce never tried to run a player or a University through the mud. It boggles the mind that people would want him as a HC after the things he did to keep the Cam stuff stirred up.

I’m good with hiring MC. We need to stop hand wringing and demand a change.

I can't wait until we hire Kiffin.

Literally no Auburn fan is saying this and it’s why you’re a gump alter or a 6th year F-student at Auburn living off your parents.

frick that. dude is pure trash.

ETA IF he ever gets another job, there will be a scandal in three or four years. He will start having health issues and "retire".........again.

Where was there ever a scandal?

I am not alone in my support of Kiffin.

He is younger, a good recruiter, a great offensive mind. He has had success considering the circumstances at his HC jobs (UT, USC, FAU). It would drive Saban fricking nuts to have him at Auburn and Kiffin would needle him constantly.

What's not to like??? And frick you!

You are shitting me, right?

at UF he let the inmates run the asylum. at OSU he had a woman beater on staff.............and he knew it.

ETA then he lied and said he had no knowledge of it. That is when the health issues occurred again.

No Urban No Lane for me. No goofy Leech or anything like that. I don't want some I formation coach or wishbone coach either.

To get the recruits needed to win in todays game you have to have OL and DL obviously. You have to have 2 good running backs and 2-3 very good WRs.

The Pro Spread is the only option now to get those type kids. Gus has been trying to get there but we don't have the WRs nor the OL to go 60/40 pass so we've been stuck at 60/40 run.

So whoever the next coach is an at the earliest it won't be until 2022 needs a pro spread concept that also honors defense. Want to know why UGA Bama Clemson and OSU have been so good. Good offense and Good defense. LSU's unconscious offense last year is the outlier

Look, I laid it out for you. Im not saying he would not be a good coach. We really dont know. I just gave you the facts so saying its some kind of grand slam hire is silly. It has its questions.

And he made some bad coaching decisions in that game. So lets not pretend like he is some kind of god. He does excellent with the Offensive line but it takes more than that to win in the SEC West

Id rather see them bring someone in from the NFL than someone from college that we just dont know about. If you are going to completely change what is happening at Auburn, do it with NFL connections.
