Well that’s a bit of a change

It’s a good city that’s growing. Nice people, medical facilities are expanding and improving, couple hours from the beach, Folklore Brewery is good. You’ll just need to acclimate to their pace of life

My wife had her gall bladder removed about 5 years ago. Absolutely cannot eat dairy. Her body cant process it and it goes right through her. Cant eat really anything with a lot of fat in it.

Going to wait till next weekend to put a toe in that pond. Still healing and getting my stomach right for now. Next weekend, one small drink to see how things go

Doing awesome man. No pain, no problems with the tummy and I have been adding some foods back in. Down a few pounds and all is fine. Thanks for asking....
Going to do some red meat this weekend. Steak probably. Diet has been on spot during the week. Even down a few pounds since I came home. Lots of eggs, oatmeal, chicken, veggies and fruit for the most part.

Had no idea Kyle Davis was playing with Nick Marshall.
It’s a damned shame he liked the booger sugar so much.

So?
Honestly, I am pretty much back to normal. I have had just a couple drinks over the past month and none of it has bothered me at all. I have not had a urge to drink much so I just havent. I still really have not eaten anything fried, any milk products or any cheese but Ive had some red meat, chicken, fish and all kinds of carbs and veggies with no problems. Biggest issue I have is not to go long periods without eating something. Even if its very small.
Had my follow up doctors visits today and all was good. GI doc said to just get back to normal life and not worry about what I eat. Blood work was good, weight was down about 25 pounds from my last visit and my BP was 128/81. No real issues. Just need to keep on the good eating and try to drop some more weight.
Thanks for asking.... And Id be very weary of scorn women selling anything. shite will bite you in the arse eventually. Even if she is not scorn over you

Sometimes things like this is a blessing in disguise to get healthy when you wouldn’t have been able to on your own. 25 lbs is a noticeable difference. You feeling good? Looking good?
