That's true but he doesn't have a full season under his belt. Although he is better than it. But as it stands unless he has the best combine a RB has ever had, then he would be 3rd round at best. He can play himself into 1st and 2nd with another seasoning.

You must think we don't sign Stidham with your statement. If he does sign, I promise you that White will either be 2nd or 3rd string next year behind Stidham and possibly Barrett. White has everything mentally to be a really good QB, but he just doesn't have it physically. And I don't think with Gus' arse to the fire next year he's going to rely on fragile White again.

If Stidham signs he will start. No way around that. If we don't sign him then you are absolutely right White will be the starter next season.

Regardless of who we sign this year SW will be the starter on opening day next year.

What makes you think that White will ever be the same again? He's having surgery on his throwing arm. He didn't have an elite arm to start with.

Maybe on opening day of practice and maybe A Day too, but if Stidham is here I feel like he will step in and run it. Unless SW gets a bionic arm or freakishly improves his long pass game he will likely get eclipsed by Stidham in fall practice at the latest. I believe in a healthy white leading the team, but he will not be our best QB.
Woody will work into the system slower, and assuming he is not a head case like JJ, likely will be taking the majority by years end. I hope because he is Cam 2.

Stidham is all A&M. Sucks, but we will roll with Sean White, JF3, and Woody Barrett next year. I am stunned we still don't have a QB commit in the current class.

I'm glad someone else gets it. White is a damn good qb, not like Stidham is some kind of hero. Sean White can do what he did to the Kansas and Iowa States of the world too.
Pick a damn qb about build around him. It is that simple. If Gus can't do that then he needs to be terminated.

I'm worried about RB next year. If Pettway leaves, I think Gus might be done next year.

I get where you're coming from... But we basically took our part time starting fullback and made him a legitimate NFL RB prospect in 7 games. I think we'll be alright at RB, if guys don't transfer or the injury bug doesn't hit again.

I know but there's a big difference with him in and a guy like Kerryon in. We need another Pettway type next year and I don't see one coming in...
Kerryon is good but he needs a thunder

Apparently a&m is making a push... he's probably gonna end up there.
A&Ms QB situation post-Manziel has been crazy... Kenny Trill, Kyle Allen, Kyler Murray, hoobistank, Trevor knight, and now back to hoobistank.... all that in less than 3 seasons. And it'll be someone new next year.

And if he is, guess who won't make it through another season...Sean White. He will likely end up hurt again and Auburn will be in the same predicament. Who's the back-up quarterback and why don't we have one worth a shite?
