Looked good in the game Saturday- he was Auburn’s highest rated player by PFF. Excited to see he and Tank become a one-two punch.

Yeah, we really came out on top with our RB depth.

Still amazed that this kid was underrated in January and still available because it was obvious on his highlights. He didn’t play the best competition but there were articles published about his work ethic and blue collar mentality. Championship power lifter & passed marcus dupree’s rushing record.

Glad we have him. Not sure I’d trade him for many other young RBs right now

He had 3 touches and 2 were TDs. I think Bobo and Harsin have a good idea how they want to use him

Yea we've got 3 solid RBs that can put you on a highlight reel when you try to tackle them.

He reminds me of a faster Tre Mason

It is so refreshing to have a coaching staff with a plan.

They said he can squat 600 at his size, that's all I need to know. He's 5'10" that's a lot of forward force being propelled when he launches

It's night and day from back when all the transfers left and the rumor got floated that Tank was leaving too.

I'll be honest, I was very concerned with depth at RB. My concerns have been eased after that first game. This is a really good group.

This is how it should have always been with him. A guy that gets 3-7 touches as a changeup. I love getting him the ball in space like that swing pass to the flat. But the old staff was dead set on having him run between the tackles all the time. It's crazy.

He's a different kind of runner from Tre. Much more powerful runner, Tre would try to run around and past people, where Hunter was running right over people on Saturday.

From the short sample we've seen so far, I think I'd compare him to Sony Michel so far

Sony wasn't really known for his power was he?

I agree, he's not really like Sony Mitchell.

He is a bigger than Tre, but what I see, and I think Harsin noticed is that he has good vision of where to run to, even it is not the main hole he is suppose to hit.

I would like to see how he catches the ball to see if he is an all-round back. Tank definitely is...

When I think of Sony Michel running the ball I think of a an aggressive and violent runner.

He doesn't get the credit he deserves, IMO. He is a hell of a RB. Hard runner and he will lower his head and truck people.

I dont see that comparison at all. Maybe Cory Grant if youre only looking at aggressiveness

Can he catch a squirrel?

That is the question that needs to be answered.
