Not bad for a freshman who likely didn't get much development.

You’re really trying to compare a high school junior’s stats to a freshman in the SEC?

Bo’s junior year of high school, his numbers were 36/4

Look back at the National Champions in the past 15 years.

How bout listing all the "Pass first" teams on that list

I will be waiting over here waiting for the handoff

Running the ball works

Well, before LSU: Clemson in 2018, Bama in 2017, Clemson in 2016. Times have changed. You have to pass the ball. I didn't say pass only. But to win big, you have to be able to stretch the field.

I am not comparing their class.

Someone wrote 17/7 and my point is if it still ends up Gus' offense, that is about normal for his QB stats...
Here are our TD/Ints from since Gus took over:
2013 14/6
2014 20/7
2015 11/11
2016 11/5
2017 18/6
2018 18/5

Who knows what type of offense McLaughlin operated under, but giving me his stats, especially those doesn't tell me he is not a good QB...that's all I am saying.

If someone just showed me those stats I would say they must be for Army or Ga Tech

Nix wasn’t incredibly accurate in HS (60%ish) but his TD:INT was pretty good. Point is that McLaughlin’s wasn’t, and their team had a lot of advantages for McLaughlin to not make mistakes — they won pretty big almost every game (first round bump?). He wasn’t slinging it around to score quickly

There’s not much more to say. He wasn’t that exciting of a pickup to begin with and even though he had potential he always struggled to realize it. He was one of the most followed recruits since he was in 9th grade and his stock kept falling from there. He has transferred a few times to different programs. Most of his offers weren’t ones he could commit to and he’s probably going to a lesser program at this stage. I wish the best for him.

Would be nice to have another. Sandman or Janga. It’s a shite job, so you want an a-hole doing it if you can. They fit the mold

He’s got the a-hole part down but there’s a threshold of competency that he’s still developing. Big arm though. High motor guy

So pocket passers and DTs. It appears we still dont know what the hell kind of QB we want to run.

I really hate the dual threat tag. Most of the dual threat guys run a significant amount in high school but when you watch the tape they’re not exactly impressive runners. You can see where that won’t be a big part of their game in power 5 conferences

Either would be fine. Sandman has some serious auburn ties blowing that tuba and all but Jang could be our rehabilitation story.

We could get ESPN to do the 30 for 30. From a-hole to Administration.

Lets do this
