Why did this need its own thread. I think I heard it from an administrator at Auburn that you can't give consent in an impaired state

From how it was explained by AUs admin, I guess the better phrasing is that being drunk could make consent invalid under the 2nd section
So less "can't give consent" and more "consent when drunk may not be valid"
Talk to a lawyer if you want a real interpretation. Or better yet, don't take advantage of drunk girls

Buzzed doesn’t mean incapacitated to me. If a woman is going to jump your bones because she took too many Jell-O shots, she can receive the wood.

What if the guy is drunk and the girl is drunk. Meaning neither can consent. Would that mean they both raped each other?
