I found another small pack of those heads. I am about out of them. May be changing that little bait a little in the future... Possibly a small shad head style vs the bullet head.

The one my wife was throwing was beat to shite and back. I had to show her how to retune them by bending the arm and getting everything straight. It is unreal how hard these spots fight in the current. Oddly, my big fish was a 3 lb LM. She probably won't ever take that damn buzzbait off now.......
ETA: How many of the 'old style' do you have? I may buy every fricking one of them.

Long trip on the Cahaba today. Lanier, two things I’ve never seen before: 1. Wife had a double on a 1/8oz buzzbait and 2. She landed a 2 lb spot on a buzzbait and the hook snapped in half when I unhooked it.
