Good friends, guitars, 3-4 bottles of Don Julio, an equal number of Flor De Cana, add in a 40' Catalina it's hard to go wrong.

This was taken in Ingam's Bayou not too far from where you get the Cheese Burger in Paradise. Old climbing partner and whitewater (boat building) buddy keeps it down at the Wharf in Orange Beach. And with his daughter now gone off to grad school (on her dime) it's opened up a whole new world of second childhood. Mostly spent half in the intercostal waterway and half outside, so with doing low miles and dragging a dingy it was partial bar/restaurant hopping and not moving very far. All toll we guesstimated somewhere around 165 miles.
Caught a Marlin weigh in where 647 lbs from the night before fell to 649 late the next night. Which at 250,000 payout worked out to 125 grand a pound for the loser.... (but don't know second prize). And saw my first yellow fin - what a pretty fish.

25th anniversary tonight. Going to dinner with the wife. Probably hit a bar or two for drinks. Most likely at home and in bed by 10PM.
Been with the same woman now for more than half my life. Kinda weird when I think about it like that......

Yep houses are going crazy now. My oldest has been looking and the prices are jacked. We thought about selling but looked around last year and didn't find anything that was of interest. Happy with our house since we remodeled it a few years ago except, I need another garage and maybe a big pool that I can do laps in. Good luck on the house! We will be at the beach tomorrow on our bikes as usual...
Yep. My neighbor just sold at jaw dropping numbers. Momma and I looked at where we could move and it just doesn't work for me. Gotta have a sunset over water and the places I find with that suck compared to the current abode. More Yankees gotta move in and up the offer before I go.

My nextdoor neighbor sold for 30K over asking price and our good friends nearby did the same thing on houses that wouldnt have brought anywehre near that before.
Our house would easily get north of 400K. The problem is finding another house in this fricked up market.

We'll hit 39 years in August. Considering I turn 60 in September, fully 2/3s of my life have been with the same lady. Frankly Im shocked at her poor judgement. :)

I ask mine what's wrong with her quite often. There's obviously something off or she wouldn't be married to my dumbass.

34 years for me and I have always asked that question.
At this point, she is dug in and just has no other options
