The sunny part always makes the 63 part better.

Time for some 90's here. It teased us last week with a few days over 90 now its back in the lower 80's for a while

Been beautiful outside though. Lots of sunshine

Dude, mulch in the beds? I thought every flower bed in Georgia was pine straw only? Your HOA is gonna be mad.

I just spent $350 on pine straw 2 weeks ago, for the front yard only. Back yard needs more than the front!

I like the mulch better. Just looks better and lasts longer than straw. About half the homes in my neighborhood (15 houses) has mulch

We just put this in last weekend. I think I had 7.5 yards delivered. Approximately $250. Not too bad

Smoked the 2 lb spots on the 1/8 oz Spotsticker Buzzbait today. Lost count of the fish. Mix of redeye and spots. I caught a couple of nice ones that the wife couldn’t catch skipping my Zman toad under overhangs. Great day on the water.

Yesterday boating on Logan Martin Lake in Pell City today was a 66 mile bike ride on the Chief Ladiga Trail Anniston to GA line (Silver Comet) and back. Long 4 hours...as the elevation got to us as we are used to Florida flat...LOL

How was this? It’s an old rail line right? I figured it’d be pretty flat.

It was pretty good. It is an old rail line. It had a good bit of deceptive elevation especially from Piedmont to the GA line. The way it is graded for the rail line you thought you were going downhill at times but it was a 2 percent grade all the way up. I checked it on my Garmin post ride and gained over a thousand feet. But the trail is nice and there are some stops to get water so it was pretty nice and mostly shaded. Piedmont is a nice small town where we stopped on the way back and got a bite to eat. I spoke with some locals and over in the GA section it gets a little more hilly. There is some nice MTB around here and will have to come back and try that.

Sitting at the launch in Decatur, AL waiting on my fishing partner. No answer on the phone so I’m presuming overslept or passed out.

I hate it when people are late to go fishing. Disrespectful
