If another school dangles big money in front of one of these kids eyes, look for a lot more transfers. Also, its easy for them now.
College football is becoming the NBA. You just build a team when you want to. Money and player transfers.
Lets just hope the new Auburn coach is good enough to get some players here or we will fall to last fast and stay there for a long time.
Hope Auburn made the right decision

It’s really college sports in general. We don’t have to look any further than our Bball team to see the other side. We’ve got Georgia and WKUs best players from last year and a disgruntled UNC player making up a core part of our roster.
I’m not a fan to be honest. Don’t know how it all ends but a coach is going to constantly be in recruiting mode. He’s got to recruit his team, potential transfers, and high school players. When you combine that with the “me first” attitude engrained in premier high school athletes, I think you have a recipe for disaster.

I don't see it happening for one reason. I don't think Shivers would've transferred, if he knew Tank was thinking about leaving.

Yep. Not afraid to say that I fricking hate it. It reminds me of the Seinfeld joke. At the end of the day, you’re really just cheering for the uniform, not the guy wearing it.

Shivers has been beaten out by someone all 3 of his years here. He was beat out by true freshman Hunter this year. I like the kid, but he’s not this elite RB that can carry a team.

Derrick Henry is the only RB in the past DECADE to win the Heisman. The kid from Michigan State wasn't even a finalist this season. Let's relax a little bit - he's a good (albeit not perfect) RB. He's not God.

Tank looks to join Pettway and Boobie on the list of recent AU RBs who have 1-2 solid seasons, have a falling out with the coaching staff, and move on. Hopefully he’ll find more success than they did.
His presence will definitely be missed, but it’s not like there’s a shortage of solid 4* backs out there.
