We agree. I think you’re so wound up from people attacking you that you’re having trouble seeing that we’re on the same page

The only positive I could possibly see is that this will give the AD some leverage to tell the boosters GTFO. With the egos we apparently have that have 2 toes in the door of the AD it probably won’t happen, but if it was me as AG and a booster pokes his head in their business I couldn’t help but remind them what a disaster they have caused

You said 50th is unrealistic and it’s going to be pretty close to that.

I put this on another board last night on a completely unrelated subject but think it applies here as well.

Sometimes you just have to use the good book God gave us a guide for life.

1 Cor. 16:13
Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong.

We’ll revisit it. I think Auburn, independent of a coach, just has a higher floor. But we won’t know until later this year I can’t say you’re wrong but I’ve followed recruiting closely for a long time and finishing there just doesn’t seem possible to me.

Truth is an All Star group of 3*/4*s can compete with 5*s. Plus there is the transfer portal. This was such a total screw up by someone for over reacting without a freakin plan. Some believe that our boosters had nothing to do with this. If that’s the case then who allowed it? The admin? Auburn needs to man up and somebody either needs to lose access or get fired over this PR crap show.

Since when?

Some of y’all are having a tough time with the truth and that statement is far from it.

Why do you think alabama UGA and Ohio state are at the top every year?

Some of y’all need to just stop while you’re behind

Since forever. He said all star group. There are enough former 3 stars drafted in the NFL to show that if you hit on them all that you can compete with anybody. Question is if it's practical. Idk but we fixin to find out

Ok. That will be no problem at all.

Guys. 3 stars aren't going to win in the SEC. Stop it.

Harsin will recruit better, or he will fail.

I guess the other option is nailing the transfer portal with high end talent.

If they are all stars they would be high 4s and 5s.

A big nothing burger and an inside coup attempt on our new head coach that they hired because they’re mad. Just disgusting. Program looks like goons running the show.

If Harsin is the coach, and you call yourself an auburn fan, you should want him to be successful. Rooting for him to fail is so gross

This goes 1 of 2 ways.

10% chance we win the natty next year because that's what Auburn does in moments such as this.

90% chance we go 4-8 because well that's what we are trending towards.

No one is actively rooting for him to fail. I keep seeing this said.

It's that people realize the damage is done and he is fricked. No matter if he wins or loses, he is not a long term option at Auburn.

This was made clear this past week

I really don't get it. Top 5 teams in 2022 class had 19 fives and 92 fours. I just wonder why people still talk about Auburn "falling behind." Falling behind what? College football is dead. Falling down to where Tennessee's been? Almost everybody is Tennessee or at the bottom now. You can make the playoff, but does it matter? Ask Harbaugh. He got tf out because the sport is a joke.

People have been rooting for him to fail since before this saga even happened. It’s mainly just the dumb trolls on this board but still

I was really excited about Harsin, but the reality is he’s not the guy. Recruiting was never going to be good enough before all this, and now…

Auburn made an absolute mess of this. Harsin deserved better. All that being said, Harsin was getting fired in the next two years regardless. He’s not able to recruit, manage the roster, or maintain a staff.

If this was the 90s you could be a screw up and win 7-9 games in the SEC with a good scheme and some bounces, but the gap between the haves and have nots is huge now, and we don’t have a good scheme either.
