Harsin Did Not Quash UW Rumors

Watch his presser, he was asked about it on the last question. He never denied interest in the job. Just said "this isn't about me, it's about our team tonight." Then he said he enjoys being at Auburn, blah blah. None of it convincing in the slightest.
I have been behind Harsin all year, but frick a bunch of job searching after year one. If you want to go, then go.

Read an article tonight that said the smoke of Harsin to UW is coming from him because he was not a candidate for the job

Directly saying he’s not going to Washington (or any other job) doesn’t mean he won’t
At a point you guys have to understand that if he’s offered a boat load more money and they’ll pay his buyout then he’s going no matter what he says and it doesn’t matter how you feel about it.
All that said, I doubt that’s happening. And it’s not the end of the world if it does anyway. Get some sleep

That’s correct. Harsin is a good coach imo but he’s not irreplaceable. Him leaving wouldn’t kill the program. I hope he doesn’t leave and just overhauls the staff

I believe he was a candidate, I am 99.9999999 % he or his agent were having discussions. Are they ongoing? I have zero idea.

When was the last time a name leaked early actually became the coach of a school. I suspect his agent leaked it to shape a different narrative during his struggles.

Exactly. Remember our history. CTT telling Ole Miss fans they would have to carry him out in a pine box, in regards to rumors he was going to Auburn.
Enough said. Keep an open mind on any coach's comments, until the position is filled.

He hasn’t earned his pay this season nor should he dare have his agent ask for a raise. If he were to do that let him walk ...

Washington ain't the type school to nut up and pay him 5 mill /year or whatever the cost would be to best his salary at AU.
