Great adjustment by HT’s DC Talsma in the 2nd half to shoot the gap created by the double teams on Finkley to create pressure.

Terrible timing. It happens live and learn. Thompson holds on to win 35-21. 2 really good football teams. Maybe the first of 2 meetings this year. Armoni finished around 120 yards tonight not sure exactly. I’m glad Floyd isn’t rushing him 25-30 times a game. Less miles on the body

That was my big fear last year. They lost so much of that offense that Goodwin was going to carry the load. Not saying they caused his injury but his usage on top of his weight (muscle) gain made me nervous

Has Armoni shown a tendency to fumble in the last 2 years? I haven't seen his stats.It certainly wasn't from overwork in this game since I think he only carried 15 times.

No he hasn’t. Just an unfortunate play. Great play by the defense paired with him exerting himself more than he probably should have to try and fight for a win. It happens.
