Stoops at OU’s contract had retention bonuses, which always made more sense than these guaranteed deals

I don't see us paying either of them 10M. Brohm has never won anything and Dilly/ASU will never have the funding to compete. We hold leverage over both. Lane would command 10M, but not many coaches have that sway. I don't see Lane staying long at his next stop. He will give the NFL another shot. I would personally avoid him.

Unless it gets leaked by someone, I doubt we know anything until right after the Iron Bowl. Cohen told Mike G. in an interview that he hoped to have someone within 24 hours after the Iron Bowl.
