Alan Head also mentioned during evals they think Autry stays at DT with no looks at OT, which is good. We definitely need he and Crawford to help on the inside we are gonna be thin in the middle as we all know. Good news.

I really hope it works out for him at DT. He is very similarly built to Jordan Davis. I think he's athletic enough to be elite at either one.

I look at the nose from last fall and we have Quintrail from last year and thats it, thats it. We now have added Jourdin as a true freshman, and Dallas Walker. Maybe they use Autry some there but I thought he was more of a DT?
It just shows how imperative it is that we get Vodney Cleveland in this class. Wright would be a good addition indeed but he is another smaller DL. And Rankins would help but I think he is more of a DT as well.

We need another Josh “Stumpy” Thompson type. They couldn’t move that guy off the line, and everyone else around him could eat because of it.

Probably Henderson and Harris at Edge would be my guess. We might take a big linebacker group so Wilkes could be an OLB. Long lean on the outside. Downhill on the inside.

Man it is DEAD dead in here. Heard we're recruiting a talented FCS linebacker out of the Portal. The Auburn live guys mentioned it a few days ago.

It is dead. Lots of evaluations going on and the camp circuit is active now. Will be picking up soon. On campus visits start soon. I expect by the July dead period we have 12-14 commits.
Then I think we might need to prove some things on the field to get a few guys.

I hate to throw fuel on the fire, but that's what Deuce is supposed to do. Hugh HAS to let Arnold earn it. Make this a legit battle not a repeat of past competitions. If he's remotely close to Arnold during spring then let it go until fall and may the best man win. Honestly I just want someone who can at least be Stidham in 2017 and (Good) Bo Nix. After the past two seasons I feel like apologizing to them both.

Thanks for posting that QB coach press conference.
The best thing I heard in all of that was,…”we are ahead of where we were last year”, …… in terms of the QBs running the offense.
