I cant remember what class it was but when we lost Trey Hill to Georgia I remember thinking "this is different."

Can you explain his Rivals rating/ranking?
Rivals has him as a 4* in their individual rankings. 247 has him almost as a 4* in their individual rankings, but does have him as a 4* in their composite.
Yet the rivals composite has him way lower as a 3*, ranked in the 600s. The only thing I can think of is that espn having him unranked (not evaluated) is dragging him down
The whole system has been a mess since On3 dropped their individual ratings
