I'm not going to say fire Gus, but he does need to get his shite together.

We hired him for his offensive talent, and we've yet to see that since the 2013-14 season. Even then, we were able to use the 'surprise factor' to win a handful of those (UM, MSU, Arkansas).

Gus's personal foul occurred at a big moment of the game which basically killed a drive, and the UL comeback began shortly there after.

Basically, to me, Gus & Rhett shite their pants this game, and if we expect to have championship team, then there needs to be a ridiculous amount of improvement over the next two weeks. That was an 8-win team I saw play today.

Yall chill the frick out. It was the first game against a good opponent without the NFL preseason games. They'll pad their stats next game and get more experience. We'll know what we have in 2 weeks.

i mean, our offense wasn't the problem last year. He makes some boneheaded play calls sometimes (see last play of the wisconsin game) but to act like our offense wasn't good last year is a bit ridiculous.

i don't feel like looking up numbers, but weren't we in the top 3 in the SEC for overall offense? I could be wrong about that, but our defense was the issue last year (not including the Georgia game, the team literally quit before the game started) and the offense can only carry the team for so long. we saw what it was like for the offense to carry the team in 2013, with the help of a little luck, but 2014 is a good example of what happens when you rely on your offense to carry the team EVERY GAME. it breaks down eventually.

I don't see anything wrong with what he said. The comeback and the last 2 TD's that Louisville got fall squarely on the shoulders of Malzahn.

1. His stupid Unsportsman Like Conduct penalty which incurred on top of another penalty. With just the holding call the distance was still manageable and the O could have stayed on the field and ran more clock.

2. We were running the ball down their throats and Malzahn has to get fricking cute and call a pass play that JJ damn near throws another INT on that kills a drive while we are trying to run clock. Then runs a fricking throw away play on third down which uses almost no clock. We only used 1 minute of clock on that drive.

He gets a BIG MOTHERfrickING 'F' from me in the coaching dept this game!!! You can suck his dick if you want to but it is what it is!!!

Did not like the game plan, especially the first half. On the next to last drive, of the Gus got too cute and passed on two downs. But because of the defense we are up 17-0. Offense played better in the second half.

Lawson is our MVP.

People act like every OC makes the right call every play. CSS an offensive genius looked lost on Thursday...Petrino is well respected and his offense was pretty much send the WR long and let Jackson run around.

I know the OP started this with sarcasm, but because of others in this thread.

Sometimes I truly think the Auburn fan base is one of the absolute worst in the country.
