TD Moultrys injury is just a sprain. He twisted his ankle. I would be surprised if he's not ready for Oregon.

j/k I saw the play. Miller ran through an arm tackle and there was nobody at the second level Smoke eventually ran him down but my god Malik looks slow in the open field lol. It's on IG

Couple of plays from the scrimmage.The Malik Miller run is the first play in the video. Its what everyone already said though. He breaks a tackle and no one is there.. he gets run down pretty fast though.

Anyone listen to Justin Ferguson on JOX this morning? A couple of nuggets that has been addressed in this thread already:
- Gatewood was amazing when they actually let him go live. Said Nix has caught up because of the no contact.
- Most have been raving about Pappoe, but he really likes Zakoby McClain. Said he's a big hitter.
- Backup WRs have struggled with the drops while the starters have been resting.
- Said he's not worried about Boobee losing his starting spot, but Joiner has been really pushing. I figured DJ Williams would be the #2 guy. Maybe not
- He said he thinks Dilly is a good fit with Malzahn, cause Dilly is more animated while Malzahn isn't. Thinks they feed off of each other really well.

From what I've been reading and hearing on podcast is Bo starts and Gatewood plays also. Sounds like the most Gus first game ever, whirly bird is back and so is the QB merry go round.

Gus will use Nix all drive, then on short yardage/goal line he will bring in Gatewood for the scripted obvious run

This made my heart sink but you are absolutely correct, redzone Gus kicking a lot of field goals.

Not in the scrimmages. They do go live in practice though.

If you think the staff doesn’t already take that into account, I’m not sure what to tell you. They don’t need to risk an injury just to double check.

Who knows. This could be Cam like offense w/ Gatewood on shortyardage and goal line offense.
It just might be very productive...
...and I think we HAVE to play both early on... If needed, before the SEC starts. Need to see who can thrive in big games and critical situations.
