I still don’t think uga is good as people are making them out to be. Their defense could be considered the best in nation but their offense isn’t.

I am cautiously optimistic about our defense against their offense. I think Derek Mason is learning better how to scheme with our players, and the guys are starting to get more comfortable in the defense. Shutting down Boutte the way they did in the 2nd half was impressive, and our run defense has been dominant this year outside of one sleepy half without our best player. I don't think we are going to let Stetson Bennett burn us again this year if he starts (he is strictly a game manager with Bo Nix type scramble ability).

All of that to say, I think we can hold them below 30 points at home and maybe even lower than that if we play out of our minds. The obvious to key to this game is can we do ANYTHING against their defense? We are going to have to run the ball somewhat consistently and have another Johnny Manziel type performance from Bo to have a chance against that defense. I honestly think the game could look similar to last year in terms of final score, but I'm holding out hope this new coaching staff can pull out some more magic in a big game.

At least this year I won’t feel like the coach treats a major rivalry game as a meh game.

Georgia’s defense is as good as advertised IMO… it’s on 2011 Bama’s level. Offense may be another story… but they really haven’t been tested bc they’ve been in control (UGA has yet to trail at any point this season).

Can we get enough offensive production to put pressure on uga’s offense?… I highly doubt it, but we’ll see.

I don’t think uga is anywhere near the complete team that others do. I think bammer is far superior and would beat them by 14.

I also think we are not as good as we hope we are.

Our OL will not be able to block their front.
Bo Nix is not a good enough passer to hit the WRs in stride in the center of the field.
Mason will play the weak zone and give up tons of yards for the entire 1st half.
Pappoe is still not 100% so we can’t stop the run.

I see no scenario that we score more than 9 points.

The ugly mutts running game will score more than that before half.
Screw Gus and his horribleOL recruiting.

Clemson-Not very good
UAB-Not very good
Vandy-Flat out awful
Arkansas-overrated

With that being said I think the game is closer than people think, especially that we do a good job of stopping the run and we've been pretty decent at applying pressure on the quarterback.

Final Score: 16-13 Auburn.....Home field has to account for something.

Confidence goes a long way. If we come in thinking we can do some things and don’t just get overwhelmed by the talent gap I think we can scheme up a score or 2. We aren’t Bama or uga talented but we do have talent.

I would say whichever team can run the ball and keep the QB from getting hit will probably win. I’m. It sure we can do that better then UGa but there is hope. Get a fumble and interception… blocked kick, kick return, bad snap anything can happen and we could be right in it at the end.

I usually don’t do predictions but I predict Auburn. Completely not rational but it is what it is.

I think we lose this one but I wouldn’t be surprised if Auburn pulled out the win either considering it’s in JHS.

Ahh screw it

Auburn 27
Georgia 17

Uga won't be able to run and their QB, which ever they use gets rattled.

Tank and Hunter fight for the spotlight on a similar number of carries.

Science.

It reminds me of a Jeremy Clarkson quote about turbochargers… press the gas pedal, witchcraft happens, and you go faster

Rivals enter JHS, witchcraft happens, Auburn wins.

How did we lose control of this rivalry? Our talent was roughly equal for years from what I remember.

6-14 over the past 20 years.
