It's not hesitant, it's that there are two guys in the hole he is supposed to run to so he's trying to see if there is somewhere else to go. With our OL vs. their front 7 and our inability to even attempt to push the ball down the field to keep them honest there isn't going to be anywhere to go unfortunately which was always going to be the problem.

As long as Alabama and Georgia are undefeated, you have to beat them AND the refs. The SEC is going to protect their potential playoff teams.
