Not watching anymore. Not sending anymore damn money. Not giving a shite until gus malzahn is no longer the coach. We are always a "work in progress" or "young" for the first half or so of the season. We have a horse shite offensive line at least 2 years out of every 5. Never once developed a QB worth a shite. Just fricking get rid of him and get someone else. Just burn the whole bitch down and start over. We can get mediocre for a lot less than we are paying

The apathy has been pretty strong since 2016 outside of two weeks in 2017

Malzahn just isn’t good enough at this level of football right now. He might have been ten years ago, but times changed and he did not

I'm trying to decide if I should be more pissed at Gus, Nix or myself (for having hope)

Which is confusing because everyone changed to his style of play.

You say that, but I didn't even watch the game. Just been seeing updates on Facebook. Continue being a fool if you want. I refuse to.

Again, Nix is just a kid playing a game that is too fast for him.

The coaching staff put him in that position and failed to recruit anyone (or keep anyone on the team) better than him and obviously his development has been a failure as well.

What? 2 of 5 would be an upgrade for Gus. We have been garabge on the OL for 5 straight years now.

Yep. Should have never been put into this situation.

he has regressed. The last few years we haven't seen close to the playbook he used when he first came to Auburn. He became more concerned with pace than execution.

I thought bringing in Morris would help. It's obvious Morris is running the O and he is as inept as Gus is.

I’ll continue to watch like a dumbass but the days of living and dying by this shite have been long gone. The chizik-gus era, while having great highs, have completely ruined the fan experience for me and what seems like a huge chunk of the fan base.

Put simply, speak with your wallet. I guarantee that if enough people stop attending games and donating to the program, a change will be made. We aren't powerless here.

Yep. Gus has whooped the hope out of me. I go in expecting to lose, yet I am pissed when I see Gus snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory.............time after time.

Haven't given Auburn a nickel since the UCF debacle, and won't until Gus is gone. Hell, the other week my girlfriend was about to buy a measly $15 chrome AU car decal, and I told her to immediately put her credit card away...

I turned off game after Nix 1st interception. I was done with the season after UGA embarassment, GM has got to go after the season. Let’s stop wasting time

I’m ready for a change. Gus’s offense clearly isn’t innovative anymore. QB development is not there. He runs a clean program, recruits and recruits well. Unfortunately this is as good as we can recruit until we start flipping the script but beating our rivals and competing for Championships. That is only going to happen by getting a new spark in the program and somebody who can coach up talent that is going to be slightly behind the Alabama’s, UGA’s and LSU. So I’m ready for a change.

But I’m still going to support Auburn. Auburn football has been a part of my life for the plays 20+ years. Tank is too much fun to watch. I cheer for the players and my school. I have seen a lot of average teams and several incredible teams over the years. The good has always outweighed the bad for me. And the tough years make the good ones even sweeter. So I’ll be here hoping for the best, but I’m ready for a change. Unfortunately I don’t think it will be this year.

Recruiting rankings may be pretty good, but when you consider the poor O-Line recruiting and going with QB’s that don’t fit what’s worked, rankings don’t mean shite.
