Lanier, I did a lot of Brandenton Southeast, before the county screwed up and built River Ranch.

A lot of #! And #2 in the nation, Bradenton Southeast and Miami Dade.

That’s when serious ball is played. No one bothers you the entire evening. Do your job and stay out of the way.

Bradenton is a interesting place. My shop is there. For now. I am moving in November. I am out close to AMI so I will miss where I am. Just driving too far now that I am in Sarasota.

I think you are talking about Lakewood Ranch. Which is one of the most moved to places in the country

It used to be Bradenton Southeast only. When you looked at their program, it was reading the roster of a college football;; program. Linemen at 300 lbs. running backs etc. the football program was officiated by a group out of Manatee County. But Bradenton would see one Officiating crew for an entire season. They had seen enough of the Good Ole Boys Complex. Three schools bailed together, Brandenton Southeast, Palmetto and Manatee. Our Association From Pinellas County took the contracts. We concentrated the best of our crews and covered the games. Coach Palmer was thrilled to see the different faces. You are right Lakewood Ranch. There was great football that included a lot of future SEC And ACC players….plus the rotation from Miami Dade. That was the best football overall. No trouble, just “I’m here to play real football.” Coaches and players talked to you. No constantly barking from the sidelines. It was exciting to see packed stadiums.

You are correct. Then Manatee did some work and hired some different folks along with some recruiting shenanigans....Palmetto was good also. Manatee went on a run there for a while. I know Manatee had a coach or two fooling around over there that caused some issues & them getting fired...

Our defense was awesome yesterday. Held the Heisman frontrunner to 10 points and scored a td. Many 3 and outs. Today prob not the day to blast durkin

We took Lakewood from the Manatee Association

Lakewood Coaches were told by Bradenton and others. If you see the same crew twice, one is at home and one no less than three weeks later as a visitor. All the scrimmages and practice games, they will be there with no pay. .

Until that point I thought Durkin had a brilliant game plan. Holding OU to 22 points should get you a dub 9 out of 10 times. Our defense is solid.

Regardless of missed calls, this team was once again poorly coached...just like every other team in Freeze's tenure. At this point what you see is what you get from a HC, and what you see isn't a product that is likely going to result in Freeze being here in the foreseeable future. He simply can't field a team that knows how to win the games that are there to be won.

The thing is..........we won that game at Okl.. We just could not beat the officials. That is not on any coach. That is not on any player. We got fricked.

Freeze gets 7 wins this year about the same next year then steps down due to health reasons. He'll pop back up in a few years at an ACC school
