Shivers didn't pick up the blitz. Bo has been running for his life all day.

Most of the time he has that affect on the offense and yeah he killed that drive.

Shivers get's a minimal carry that puts us behind the chains, and runs the wrong rout.

And misses the block...
Would really like to see him transfer. If you measure production points of the course of the season, he doesn't help AU. Good luck to him.

A non retarded OC would start calling quick slants and other short passes to negate those blitzes, but alas Chad Morris is Gus 2.0.

the Auburn football program to approaching near-Vanderbilt level

I get that the programs hasn't come close to expectations, but come on man. Comparing AU to Vandy is just ridiculous.

How on earth did Shivers not pick that up? Literally blitzed across his face. Almost looked intentional haha

Well yes I agree, but to be fair he has talent, I think it's the way he's being used.

How would you use a guy that's physically unfit to play SEC football?

I was there when Barfield did the same thing and in comparison what Malzahn has done is arguably worse. Because Barfield didn’t inherit a program that had won a national championship a mere 3 years prior and stocked with solid SEC talent.

The program I see now is absolutely comparable to the level of program that Barfield left Dye and that was a near Vandy-level program back in December of 1980.
