Gus had Bo and Willis. One is an NFL QB, the other will have to buy a ticket to see the field of an NFL game.

Malik Willis would probably be working at an Amazon Distribution Center right now if he had stuck around with Gus.

What did I just write that isn't 100% true?

No doubt. I almost certain Gus had nervous breakdown sometime after the national championship game. Sideline antics, demeanor, a very questionable playcalling along with a strong sense of paranoia. Keeping Nix in during that Florida game was borderline insane, and probably was a massive setback in Nix's development. Kid was clearly shellshocked that day. Best decision Willis ever made, was transferring out.

Do you celebrate all Auburn players not making it to the NFL? What did Nix have to do about Malik not knowing how to do an RPO at Auburn? Even Gatewood beat out Malik.

Here's the thing I haven't seen anyone bring up:

Every QB on our roster, is from the transfer portal. Gus sold out on Nix, and Harsin came in too late to recruit anyone worth a shite, out of HS. Anyone worth a damn, who had the slightest interest in Auburn and had offers elsewhere, wrote Auburn off after the sex scandal bullshite last Winter. Now we have a most certain coaching change on the horizon.

Says more about Gus, than anything else.

Sometimes I have the feeling that I am conversing with 13 y/o girl that just started watching football. Is that is what's going on here? My take is, Gus zeroed in on his "golden boy", come Hell or highwater. Meanwhile, he had a future NFL QB that couldn't sniff the field.

Exactly. So keep your grievances in order. Even then you’re assuming NFL game Malik was present then. I still remember to this day he couldn’t execute an RPO. He almost took two safeties in one season because he only wanted to keep the ball after the snap and run fast as helll.

Yet, objectively people agree that your pent-up Anti Nix schtick is waaay overdone. I have read your threads regarding the magnificent 98 yard drive against Georgia State that stole the coaches and the fans away from Nix.

I see in 2020 you created a thread that said our OL was worst than ever before. Now suddenly that we have new QBs (that are worse) our OL wasn’t as bad as it is now

Our Oline played bad last year. They are worse this year. Why is that hard to understand? If Council is the best at his position, therefore getting the start, then I hate to see who he beat out. If Shenker doesn't lead the team in penalties, I would be very surprised. Not often the same guy gets a flag on two consecutive plays.

Only our unit can get worse with more game experience lol and supposedly “culture change” “real weight training” etc.

Council played last year.

Forgot about him,

That’s easy to do when you’re deep throating a QB that can lead you to 1 TD- 4Int in three games.

I see at this time last year you were complaining about Bo when he had 6 TDs- 0 INTs and a 61% clip.

Fast forward to this year:

quote:

In his last eight quarters as the Ducks’ QB, Nix has as many touchdowns (10) as incompletions (10)

So, greygoose, a big STFU. Next time try the anti shite OL schtick.

Personally I hope they don't use Geriner as he actually looked good, and save his redshirt. Maybe give him the maximum 4 games to retain the redshirt.
