Can everyone just stop and think before they post?

Seriously. Take a minute and think about what you’re reacting to, why you’re reacting that way, and what you stand to gain by posting. Here are some reasons to stop and think:

#1 - whatever dipshit bammer, OM, or arky fan said on the rant is bullshite intended to screw with you. These guys aren’t here to have an engaging discussion. They’re here to troll you.

#2 - nobody knows who it is. So stop freaking out about every name that gets dropped. Names get floated just to see what fan reactions are. And as you can see, the options are getting progressively worse. Every single time we nuke a decent, but not our favorite candidate, the pool becomes a little smaller until the only person willing to come here is some dumbass. Maybe wait to bitch and complain until AFTER the ink dries.

#3 - if you think that these toothless unemployed bammers don’t have time to scrutinize every single detail about any coaching candidate’s life, you’re kidding yourself. Someone will find something negative about anybody. This is the day in age that we live in. Observe the posts on the rant: Any coach that has a decent record that is gettable goes from being the dude in the corner that has some shadiness in the distant past to a serial rapist that masterminded 9/11 overnight. Let me say it another way: fans of other teams want to see us fail and will do and say anything to make that a reality.

If we want a good coach to come here, we need to be good fans and not jackasses.
