Seems like a strange hire. No college experience as a coach, 4 years of HS coaching. No connection to Alabama.
Almost seems like a hire someone would make if they wanted to cut a program off at the knees...
Hey, didn't the UA BOT try to kill that program less than a decade ago?????

In the end we made OM give him a huge raise and extension during a finish to a season that gets people fired.
Has there ever been a coach that lost 4 of their last 5(and that win over A&M was a 3 point squeaker) to get a $2MM raise and an extension?
How do I become Jimmy Sexton?

Freezes QB’s at Ole Miss averaged 14.8 INTs a year. Freezes QB’s at Liberty averaged 12.6 INTs a year. Is this concerning for anyone?
OM also averaged 26 TD passes a year and Liberty averaged 24 TD passes a year. Are we okay with those ratios?

How many of each did we have this year?

This year we have done poorly but historically we have done very well at protecting the football through the air. Freezes teams have a ton of turnovers year over year. Just a bit concerning if we want to win more than 8 every year.

We can probably get better QBs than he did at OM and Liberty

We have been trying to explain this to their Shitpost Squad on the Rant but they are some delusional frickers.

I vaguely remember a lot of jokes about their red zone offense.
Does anyone else remember that?

When he was talking about giving up play calling duties potentially, he said something like, "They can teach me how to better in the red zone and I can help them be better elsewhere."
I could be getting that quote backwards, but I'm too lazy to go check.

Yea, I feel like I remember their offenses being insane with space and just shutting down in short yardage situations.

Oh they know it. They won’t admit it. But its why they won’t stop making posts about Auburn and Freeze.
Those MFers are salty AF right now.

All he had was little scat back RBs at old piss. Hoping his offense has adapted to more power.

Not sure where to put this but bowl game? That would be awesome.

Should the Bulls lose, Auburn wouldn't just take their projected spot in the Cure Bowl, though. The Tigers would likely play in the SEC-affiliated Birmingham or Gasparilla Bowl, bumping not-affiliated-with-any-bowl BYU down to this tier.

About 450 and 400 a year respectively. This makes for about a 3.2% INT rate which is not good. TD rates are about 5.7% which is good. The TD:INT ratio is low at 1.73 (2 is considered good, 3.5 is elite).

How much of this was assisted by his Carolina contract?
