I wouldn't be able to get excited about it until I saw his staff. Then as soon as I buy in he'd split for the Cleveland Browns HC job

There is in-fighting. There is anger, frustration.
I think Freeze is a possibility because some Important People like him, but some other Important People insist that he’s a non-starter. If this toxicity spills out again, the list of quality coaches who will take this job dwindles again. The president is said to be frustrated at the way a stable social construct became jumbled so quickly under non-emergency conditions. His expectations were higher. I can understand his position.
Freeze may be the last guy standing with P5 experience.

Freeze should never have been a choice to start with. The fact that we have wasted so much time on someone so polarizing is the most frustrating thing of all.

I've really gone back and forth on him and at this second I'm indifferent. I don't think there is. I really don't know how he will be recieved with the stink of hooker on him by top recruits mothers

This is the problem with our fanbase. No one, including the boosters, can agree and support anyone. The ones that hate Freeze will melt if he's hired, no one else is even tier 2 coaches and all the Other fans will melt whem we him a nobody.

He called plays at Florida and got his current gig off of that and Trask. Jalen Hurts days were numbered in Philly before he arrived. None of that is debatable

Deion is the closest thing to a unifying hire and would give us a jolt of excitement and hope. We have never needed both worse than this exact moment
