I think the most telling thing is that he nor OM has came out and said he has agreed to anything says enough. Even if they are going back and forth. They would want him to agree to something (signed or not) for recruiting and make it like he got a last minute better offer. Kiffin has nothing to gain at OM by leaving it up in the air. He would want his class there and not up in the air. They can still negotiate behind the scenes.
