Qualifications for the next head coach:
1) Can Recruit the south
2) Sees NIL as an asset
3) Has coached in the South (ACC, SEC, Big 12) even as an assistant
4) Would never play a game on a blue turf
5) Proven winner

Roberts also offered Arkansas' Yurachek $2.0mm per year before we hired Cohen so my impression is Roberts isn't fricking around. I don't think it's a stretch to think this will also be the philosophy for hiring a head coach.

We are probably better off throwing 15m at someone who's gonna stay than paying coaches that much or more to not coach.
