Anyone heard this before?
That's what Keith Niebuhr is saying over on 247. So much for avoiding AU ties
(And @Rocky, can we get Keef's take on this? I'd prefer someone with actual #sauces)

I'm not the biggest fan of him either but we could do a lot worse from a recruiting standpoint.
He's got the #1 DT Qb in 2022 committed to USC right now and 247 lists him as the primary recruiter for a nice slew of 4/5* UGA guys who have lit us up since the Athens curse started in 2007

I don’t think Greene went against all the power brokers to get Harsin and give him what appears to autonomy with his staff just to have the caveat that he has to hire Bobo, and we are just now hearing his name as a candidate.
If Bobo is a candidate I would bet it’s because he’s a pro-style guy and Harsin is familiar with him from his time at CSU.

I don’t think he was forced, may have been a third option, etc. he is not a wow hire, but getting an OC with this much SEC experience in our recruiting footprint is valuable.

I admit that I’m not a fan of Bobo because I don’t see him as an innovative offensive mind. But I fully trust BH with these decisions.

Forced? Based on what info?
Nothing has shown this HC is forced to do anything. He also doesn’t come across as someone who would allow.
Just bc some don’t like Bobo bc of his time w Richt doesn’t mean he isn’t a quality OC.

With the other hires to this point I agree nobody is telling him who to hire. If that were true Rhett Lashlee's name would be getting bounced around...what have I done, the powers that be will read this won't they?
