I think if he was going to get that 4mill he would have already gotten it. That was mostly a reflexive action on his and his camp's part to the (I think) Texas Tech guard who got that kind of money from Tech. Some people that follow NIL closely think that PJ putting that number out there as soon as he entered the portal hurt him more than helped him.

I read something from a couple if weeks or more ago now that the hold up has to do with visa issues. That's in addition to the clearinghouse deal that Blakerby talked about. He and another guy from the team he's on are both going through it.
Af the time that was written both of the players, Jovic and his teammate, were planning to play for Wisconsin. Auburn has since entered the picture for Jovic and seems to be the likely landing spot for him, assuming everything gets straightened out.
