It's kind of interesting as a thought experiment. I think Off-Ball 'Haad could make enough money just in the next 2 years of college ball to retire off of. PG 'Haad is the only prayer he has at the next level, though. So which path would you choose in his shoes?

I'd probably choose to make 2+ million the next 2 years off-ball, maybe win a championship somewhere, and make money overseas or sell insurance thereafter.

I think he can play pg at this level personally but to answer your question I would make the money now if those were my only two options. I think he probably sees it differently though and it's hard to give up on a dream so I expect him to play pg somewhere next season. He's also going to make similar money regardless of what position he plays

Agree but I can't see us affording him as a backup pg. I've seen on Twitter people saying Tahaad wants to play off the ball next year but I don't believe it.

It's ABSOLUTELY true... Bruce brought Tahaad here to score. Steven wanted him to be a traditional point. He's struggled with that and wants to be off the ball more.

Big reason why the Magwood debacle was so bad.

Dowd visit moved up to tomorrow. He wants to stay closer to home.

I'm guessing there are some issues with NCAA regarding Mantas.

Aristode is a little more likely.

I'm sure we take Freeman and Bukky. Freeman as the 4 and Bukky as a 5.

SWA could be leaving as well.

Didn’t he already announce he was coming back?

Yes, but he hired a new agent. He didn't sign anything official apparently. His new agent asked for more money. He took down all the stuff on social media regarding his announcement as well.

Do have any requirements to be an “agent?”

I would hope so bc somebody’s uncle may not know much about contracts.

No you do not, it is usually a friend, etc. that will always tell you there is more money out there. I heard the same thing about SWA.

Sports as I knew it is over. Still entertaining, but fewer players we will relate to.

The school and the donor have an attorney. This process for NIL will end poorly for 17-23guys with Uncle John representing them.

Gotta have some big rim protectors and paint dominators. Major missing piece last year.

The Frenchman and Bukky both have the size as does Oporum.

Bukky was part of a well coached program so I guess he will start with Ngoy as a backup.

Any update on Oporum status?
I hope he’s getting the help he needs and can get back to playing basketball IF that is good for him.

Steven can coach those big men too. Should be a great combo

I hope he can.

I don’t make the coaching hires so I’ll just hope he is more successful this upcoming season.
