Ah, so you're another that can't see past statistics.

What Kerryon did with a very mediocre OL AND without a read option QB opening running lanes was remarkable.

He acquires a ton of raw athleticism guys that play very, very niche roles in his offense. I'm honestly surprised he still gets these guys to come to AU.

Is going to be fun to watch. I’m sticking with my guy DJ Williams, though. He’s going to provide a spark immediately.

And he was made of glass. He could not even make it through a spring game without injury. Tre was a better north south runner. He was tougher and a better all around back.

It’s really not even close.

Not mentally tougher, apparently.

I have no idea what makes you think that. I loved that guy. But reality is reality. Tre Mason was the best running back Auburn has had since Caddy and Ronnie. And honestly, it really is not even close.

He was a better inside runner, a very durable player with great vision and break away speed.

Yes he played in a system but do you think KJ could have done what Tre did in that offense and do it better? Sorry I just dont believe that.

I have never hated KJ. Just his fragile nature. He was a incredible Auburn rusher..

Who knows what happened to that guy but it has nothing to do with the topic.

Actually agree with you on that, but Tre also couldn't have done what KJ did with the 2017 offense. They are very different backs and I happen to think KJ was the better all around back. Tre was absolutely perfect for what we had going in 2013.

I just find it funny that you said "LOL NO", as if it isn't even debatable.

In my "opinion" it isn't. But that is just something we will always disagree on I guess.

And I do believe Tre would have been great in the 2017 offense. His north south running ability and durability could have taken us farther. KJ had some serious heart but I think Tre is better

But I respect your opinion. There really is no measuring stick that will determine it
