My kid went over to some friend’s apt only to find out later that two of them tested positive. No symptoms of course.

Pretty crazy that Alabama has mostly been fully functioning for the past 3 months, with the added mask mandate for the past 2 months, and only 2k people have died. Most of those being the elderly or terminally ill as well.

2k isn’t just some shoo away number but it’s low enough to where mitigation practices should be mostly left to the self and to businesses and not to the government.

Serious enough with the outbreak in Tuscaloosa for the Mayor to say "You stupid idiots, we want to play football! Bars are closed!"

That area was a ghost town Saturday.
